The Pure Shooting Training System is customized to your specific skill level. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level shooter, you will work through a customized 12 week program that will allow you to see the most results. For example, if you are an intermediate shooter, you will have a 12 week training plan that is best suited for your skill level.
You will go through 4 workouts per week. Instead of spending 3-4 hours training, our workouts put an emphasis on intensity and efficiency, lasting only between 60-90 minutes in length. All drills inside of PSTS are designed so you don’t have to rely on a rebounder, and you can do them 100% on your own. Of course, you still can use a rebounder or shooting partner if you have one. The only things required are: a basketball, a hoop, and anything with a timer (such as a smartphone)!
Each 12 week training plan is separated into three smaller ‘4-week’ progressive phases. Every new phase builds on top of the last, and demands more out of you, resulting in you achieving the most results.
